Mandates Do Not Mean Standard Of Care- Your Rights -Medical =COLUSION
Meeting required mandates does not mean mandates equal a standard of care. It doesn't mean a right to health care equal to the average policy holder.
Mandates do not create a standard of care; quality health care has nothing to do with mandates.
The legal definition of the care you had the right to receive from a care giver was found in guidelines of criteria. Each patient was guaranteed the right to the same basic care in the hospital or doctors office under a guideline of criteria. That system of provider ship is now non existent.
Obama care guaranteed that you don't have the same rights to health care. Mandates do not cover criteria. The standard of care is a meaningless term.
There is no legal definition to the care you receive, now. The only actual legal definition now, is the mandate set forth by the Affordable Health Care Act. Health care can mean anything. There is no determination of what is required by hospitals in the circumstance of care giving to the patient.
If a certain procedure is not specifically covered on your policy, the hospital is not legally bound to follow any previous protocol in care giving.
Colusion between hospitals and insurance companies is prevailent under Obama care.
Hospitals can work out plans with insurance companies with respect to what they (the insurance companies) want to actually pay for, according to the policy language in legal terms.
Ok, now, mandates are not what is agreed upon with respect to those negotiations. You will experience differing levels of quality in your care, depending on the coverage you have and the new proceedures covering your care at the hospital.
The days of equal care ended with Obama Care. Obama Care Ended Equal Coverage Under Criteria.
You lost rights with Obamacare, not gained rights. Without Criteria-
When it comes to patient care. It's a matter of procedures that are followed and guidelines that are checked with respect to patient welfare. (It was until Obamacare.)

Illegal Immigration "Actual Problems"- Obama's Strategy Wont Work- Legalize Illegals Doesn't Work
We don't have an immigration system problem. It's a crime and law enforcement breakdown in other countries and in the boarder states; problem. The federal government patrols are overwhelmed with immigrant flight out of countries to the north of South America and South of Mexico. Discrimination on the part of Tex -Mex Americans, working in the system, towards the new waves of immigrants from Central American nations lends to the overall problem, although not much is mentioned by the media or officials about the exploitations that begin in Mexico. The basis of the crime structures that feed off of the illegal immigrant trade, starts in Mexico. The illegal trade in trafficking immigrants has been a continual problem in Mexico with respect to crime. And organized crime.
Law enforcement in the United States is kept at a minimum for budget and political reasons, leaving departments strapped. As the numbers of illegals grew the number of law enforcement agents also grew proportionally. That didn't help. Keeping the same lawman-illegal immigrant ratio didn't improve matters. Matters got worse and at the same time more money and time was being spent to combat the problem. Overall crime rates also went up on areas without any assistance by the government in hot spots, like the Brooks ranch. (See the Weather Channel Documentary.)
Domestic violence and organized syndicated crime factions in Central America has led to more flight away from the threats and intimidation's. Poverty fuels the problems associated with gang violence and government apathy in the central American countries. More corruption and less concern, as well as some levels of government and police exploitations, are some of the other root causes of the increases in illegal immigrants flowing into America.
It is also easy for the American government and major corporations to write off American workers who have struggled in the past without good jobs or who are stuck in the poverty groove of low wages. Medical problems or even injuries on the job could cause workers to lose wages. Economic downturn during the Bush-Obama years didn't help matters. It may be easier for Obama to sweep away those workers and replace them with immigrants. Or maybe he just doesn't like poor working people to begin with. Stick people on Welfare and forget about them, seems to be one of the Democrats perpetual answers to problems with law abiding working people in this country.
Just legalize the illegals and PROBLEM SOLVED! Legalize child abuse and PROBLEM SOLVED. Legalize drugs and PROBLEM SOLVED! Stand against what is right and legalize what is wrong seems to be Obama's answer to more and more topics. But that strategy doesn't work.

This Is What I Know- I Believe Sandusky Is Innocent- I believe There Was Foul Play Covered Up By The Prosecutors.
Alamo bowl- Nothing happened between Sandusky and the child he saw with his wife at the game. There were no charges dropped because there were no charges filed in the first place. The suspicions were dropped about Sandusky after the kid admitted nothing happened between him and Jerry Sandusky.
1998- Calhoun (Smeal building ) Nothing happened in the building. There was no person seen by anybody in the building that evening. There was no suspicious activities. It's doubtful that Calhoun was in the building. Petrosky said he did not see any suspicious person that evening in the building. *He changed his testimony at the court, when Sandusky went on trial.
1998 Shower Room (Student Athlete Services building) Not Sandusky- * A man who looked like Sandusky with a (child impersonator) and George Steinbrenner and chauffer making a video- mocking a sexual assault.
Sandusky was not present. Calhoun was apparently told it was Sandusky. (It wasn't Sandusky.)
Office broken into later that week -where report on incident was probably filed. (In the Student Athletic Services building.)
Security guard- myself and Calhoun witnessed the video taping in the shower room.
*Ray Gricar- It was my theory that the security guard came up missing and Gricar traced the disappearance back to the shower room incident in 1998. And then Gricar came up missing.
(Along with the report that the security guard wrote about the Steinbrenner-Sandusky look alike- incident. )
2000- Lasch building shower room incident, where Petrosky saw, with Calhoun, the same man that Calhoun saw in the shower room in 1998. (Not Sandusky.) It wasn't Sandusky. The child imposter was probably with him at the time.
2001- Shower room incident in the Student Athletic Services building. No person present in the shower room. Sounds only. Most likely, sounds from fake tape made in 1998. Some of the same people saw me- and played the sound effects when I entered the locker room- with the people touring the campus.
Log entry about the incident in Paterno's notebook. (In the building where the incident happened.) Handwritten by Paterno.

Other information about the incident was typed on a paper in the office in the Student Athletic Services building office- (same office-and Paterno was there)- down the hall from the locker room. That paper was apparently filed in his office, by Schultz, and then forgotten about.

Did the security guard come up missing? Was Gricar investigating the disaperance of the security guard?
Did the look alike convince people he was Sandusky? Did he fondle children to make people believe it was Sandusky? We know he was making a video tape in the shower room in 1998. If people saw the tape they may have assumed it was Sandusky and then thought he was guilty. Is that the reason they became so motivated and sure he was guilty?

Is The Security Guard Who Saw Steinbrenner Missing Too? Penn State Shower Room 1998 Incident
Calhoun was not in the Smeal building at all, during the time he said he saw Sandusky. In 1998.
No one working in the Smeal building, or the teacher and I, saw anyone or heard anything during that time. No one saw Calhoun during that time.
Now....
In 2000, Calhoun and Petrosky saw the same man in the Lasch building shower room, that Calhoun had seen in the (Student Athlete Services building) in 1998.

The question is did the security guard come up missing?
Calhoun said he called security and walked over to the main security guard office. The security guard was coming from the security office and said he did not see Calhoun on his way over.
Petrosky, that evening, said he did not see anything or anybody in the building fitting the description that Calhoun gave. Petrosky, 12 years later, changed his mind and said said that he had seen Sandusky.
Calhoun did see a man who he thought was Sandusky with another man he believed to be a child, but wasn't, in 1998, in a shower room in the Morgan building.
Around the same time (The same week) he claimed to have seen a man in the Smeal building.

2001 Incident Had Nothing To Do With Sandusky
There was evidence about an incident in 2001 but it wasn't about Sandusky. And, it wasn't in the Lasch Football Building.
The prosecution knew it.
The incident was a real incident. (I was a witness.)
It was used to try and convict Penn State.
Jerry Sandusky was just the fall guy.
There was no incident between Sandusky and McQueary in 2001.
McQueary couldn't have reported the incident about Sandusky in 2001 because it didn't have anything to do with Sandusky.
The truth about the 2001 incident has never been told, yet.
No one remembered it. But I did, because I was there.
THE 2001 INFORMATION WAS FALSIFIED.

The investigators claimed that the incident was about Sandusky, but it wasn't. They mentioned the incident and the date-2001- in trail, when the prosecution claimed that McQueary told them he heard the sounds of someone being raped before he went into the shower room and saw Sandusky. McQueary said that he never told them he heard anything like that. Charges were never proven against Sandusky concerning the incident in 2001. Sandusky was never convicted of those charges. The witness that claimed Sandusky raped him in the shower room in 2001 was not charged with giving false testimony. Even though he lied and the court knew it. Other claims against Sandusky were made by individuals and most of the claims were completely absurd. He was convicted on hearsay, even after the false testimony. And even after the matter from 2001 was dropped.
It was possible to find out that the incident from 2001 had nothing to do with Sandusky but the judge let the falsified evidence into the initial investigation.

The fake incident was reported and was on the news in the first week of August 1975. The bodies that were found were naked. It was rumored by the FBI that it was a cult slaying.
Those authorities that faked that scene were involved in the investigation. Their names are on the reports. They would know what happened to Jimmy Hoffa's body.
Jimmy Hoffa died a few miles to the south of Hosston Louisiana in a remote area north of a
cotton patch. Between the blacktop road and the Red River.

The People Who Knew Where Hoffa's Body Was
The people who knew where Hoffa's body was. Who would that be? Authorities that knew where the body was. How could they be located?
Answer: The incident that was reported shortly after Hoffa and the FBI agents died- reported by FBI agents and the sheriff of Vivian-

The NCAA did not have any evidence against anybody at Pen State when they levied the fines, including Paterno. Nor did they check any of the so called evidence from 2001. And if they did the charges would have been dropped.
Warrant less accusations are not something that should be used in the place of facts when there are no facts to prove or convict the accused.
What happened is that they saw a video (X) tape.. And in the tape it appeared that a man who looked like Jerry Sandusky was molesting a child. But the tape could not be used in evidence. The man in the tape was NOT JERRY SANDUSKY. Although the tape probably convinced people who saw it that Sandusky was guilty and that the officials covered it up.
The 2001 evidence from the actual shower room incident was used to validate their claims along with the tape. Together the 2001 information and the secret video tape was enough to convince anybody that they were guilty, but in truth they weren't.
I believe, as a witness, that there was a cover up by the AG (Attorney General) before Linda Kelly. And by the investigators concerning falsified evidence, witness tampering, collusion, concerning the man who looked like Sandusky was directly associated with Steinbrenner. And Steinbrenner was seen in the shower room in 1998 with the man who looked like Jerry Sandusky, making a video.
The video made it look like a child was molested by Sandusky.
Calhoun was there, I was there, a security guard was there and saw what they were doing.
I believe that Calhoun was told the man was Sandusky and he did not realize that the small man in the shower was a grown man and not actually a child.
I believe that the same two men were seen in the Lasch building by Calhoun and Petrosky in 2000.
The 2001 evidence was not checked. The actual incident happened in the Morgan building. Student Athletic Services Building.
I was also there in 2001 when the shower room incident happened.
A brief report on the incident was written in Paterno's journal. I knew it was because I was in the little office with Coach Paterno when he asked us what happened and made the note of the incident in the notebook. (The little office in the Student Athletic Services Building.
There was a sound recording played that was very disturbing to hear. There were no persons in the shower room. The incident was reported to Administration and the local police and security. Paterno was called to the student Athletic Services Building immediately after the incident was reported to administration by the coaches who were in the locker room with us at the time when we heard the sounds in the shower room.
After the area was checked and the campus police checked the buildings and the outside area and the police were also informed. Nothing was seen or found out of place. There were no suspicious people or children seen by the security or police or authorities.
The matter remained a mystery for 20 years.
Ultimately I made the determination that the sounds came from the tape that was made in 1998.

Was Hoffa Seen In New Jersey With An FBI Agent Before He Dissapeared?
Provenzano was known for his connections to Teamsters Union leader Jimmy Hoffa and President Richard Nixon[1] due to Provenzano's position as an International Brotherhood of Teamsters vice president for Teamsters Local 560 in Union City, New Jersey.[2][3
We know Hoffa was in Detroit when he was reported missing by his wife.
Some said that he was seen in New Jersey with an FBI agent and got into a black sedan car that had government (FBI) license tags. An FBI car.
Consequently he died in the same place with an FBI agent. (Hosston, Lousianna.)
Him and the FBI agent had chased me through the countryside before they died. Hoffa died from assisted suicide. (A garden hoe.) The FBI agent also died from a blow from a garden hoe. He died in the cotton patch by the dirt road. Hoffa died north of the cotton patch. About a mile north.
Knowing this makes me believe that the lawmen in Huntsville killed and tortured to get information on the where abouts of Hoffa's body and that's the reason they abducted me and then tortured me in the old abandoned prison at Huntsville Texas, in 1993.
They repeatedly asked me where it was at. As they shocked me with electric cables.
I didn't know at the time what they were talking about. As if the others told them that they questioned me before these ones started torturing me and they didn't know that I did not know what they wanted. Or that they believed that I knew what they were after and though I was just resisting.
At the time I didn't remember the incident of Hoffa dieing anyway.
I believe that the men who said they saw Hoffa in New Jersey with the FBI agent was right.
Deepthroat, the FBI agent knew where the body was laying after he died. But noone knows if he got to Hoffa's body first and kept it. I can't tell you that, whether he did or not. I can only tell you that he asked me and I told him the general location and that was all, and then we left for Texarkanna. The sheriff took me into Texarkeanna and then into Waco.
Roundtree in Tulsa was one of the agents who questioned me about being in Hosston. After I got back to Tulsa from Waco. They did not ask me about Hoffa in the FBI office in Tulsa.

Before, the store there was the woods and the river and ocean and lake and mountain and garden and root cellar.
And God was part of the light and the air you breathed. In some ways the energy of the day came from the presence of his love.
