Washington State Exchange Denies Care To Children (Ignores other requests) Video

  People had to learn the hard way. Obama care (in some cases) does not pay for specialized treatments, diagnosis, or in hospital care. Care or treatment that is requested by the doctors for the patients goes to the exchange office for approval. The decisions are not based on need or criteria of patient under procedural guidelines.
    In such cases, there are no procedural guidelines by staff or private Md's or administration. The guidelines of care are strictly based on financial capability to pay and exchange office decisions.
    The idea that the offices would be making decisions on each case was an absurd idea to begin with.
    As you can see, the case files were not addressed in due order, or time. Files were sent from the Seattle Washington Children's Hospital to the exchange office.
