(Middle class people who don't have coverage, that meet the income requirements, might get coverage for less.)
The rest of the people's insurance costs go up.
The others (lower income) are dumped into Medicaid that is the same basic coverage as it was before.
Mandates, such as the contraceptive requirements, that can cost up to three thousand dollars a year, plus counseling, (there is no pro life counseling) are dictated by panels according to the state you live in. It is possible that the coverage will not be a requirement in your state. Or it might be.
Some people call them death panels. Where rationing becomes a reality and in that, the care for critically ill patients have already been trivialized by the administration.
Cutting back on care for heart patients, is already a fact. Obama smiling it away doesn't fix the problem. No one thinks this is cute or funny.
