"Your Supplimental Policy Is Null And Viod Under Obamacare"

They are required  to do what the government tells them to do when you are in the hospital. The policy you have makes no difference.
If you have coverage on the policy the hospital can decide to give you a test or a procedure, but they don't have to.
Your supplemental policy is null and void under Obamacare. The government, (just like in my case where the heart operation was left partially undone) made the decision to ( not ) operate and finish the initial procedures. The doctors sent me home without telling me what condition my heart was in. They did not do the tests on the arteries leading to the brain that cause most of the strokes in patients who are being cared for with artery disease, or heart disease.
The government said that they didn't need to.
The missing procedure was rescheduled. Upon returning, the procedure was still not done,
The test on the arteries was supposedly done while I was under anesthetic.

Procedures were cut on the poorest patients to allow for budgetary considerations. (Obamacare,)
