A CULT Of Information? Was Jury Shown 2001 Information? Penn State Cases

Evidence was brought into court through a statement.

 That statement was backed up by a false claim that 
McQueary said that he heard sounds of an assault
 coming from the shower room before he entered, and
 saw, who he believed, to be Jerry Sandusky with a child.

The statement was made from information about
 the 2001 incident.

That is to say, that people who knew the 2001 information 
was in the possession of the prosecution, were, (a cult of information).
