"The Statement McQueary Didn't Make"- (Sounds From The Prosecution)

Evidence was brought into court through a statement.

That statement was backed up by a false claim that

McQueary said that he heard sounds of an assault
coming from the shower room before he entered, and
saw, who he believed, to be Jerry Sandusky with a child.

The prosecutors said they had the information about the sounds of an assault because McQueary told them he heard the sounds. But, he didn't. And he said that he didn't. (He later changed his testimony.)

The statement was made from information about

 the 2001 incident.

That is to say, that people who knew the 2001 information

was in the possession of the prosecution, were, (a cult of information).

Were, the jury members shown the information from 2001?

Who was shown the information from 2001?

That statement was the defining point of the trial and investigation.

The reason was, that McQueary never told them, about hearing an assault, before they made the statement in court.

And I knew that the prosecutors and investigators had to have that information.

To me it was like them admitting that they  had the 2001 information.
I knew they had the information after they made that statement in court .
And when they did make that statement, it automatically became evidence, in court.
Evidence that was allowed to deceive the jury.

* I knew that 2001 information had nothing to do with Jerry Sandusky.
