Falsified Evidence Would Be Grounds For A Re-Trial- Officials Would Be Cleared- Paterno's Record Restored

  With the knowledge that the prosecutors most likely fabricated a story against Sandusky, using the 2001 information, with intent to frame him, and did; The question becomes, whether they also fabricated video evidence that was used to convince certain people that Sandusky was guilty?

  Or if there was a fabricated tape given to investigators that was made up by actors?
  I think the latter would be the way it happened, if tapes were available to the investigators.

An investigation should be made, to determine where and how the information from 2001 was obtained. And if the information in Schultz's office mirrored the information in Paterno's logbook. And if so, how did Kelly know about it?

If information was falsified and used as evidence that would be grounds for a retrial, or dismissal of the original charges. The officials would be cleared and Sandusky would be acquitted. 

I believe that it can be [proven} with the information in the logbook. Paterno's logbook from that time in 2001.
