Medicaid On Obamacare Does Not Cover Poor People Universally

  •   If your on Medicaid your on Medicaid, alone.
  •  If your on private insurance it is private insurance alone. There is no variance.
  •    Subsidies are supposed to help people who did not have coverage. Others were placed on Medicaid.
  • But it's the actual same coverage. It hasn't  changed to any effectual outcome.
  •   Policies have gone up and on exchanges, also.

(There is some modest relief to a small percentage of working people and middle class people who were dropped from coverage.)

  • The whole system did not need to be taken over to accomplish helping one tenth of one percent of the population.
  • Poor people are no better off.   (   Note:1G   )

  •    Care was not supposed to be completely dependent on what type of coverage you have.
  • Coverage was supposed to be about how care was paid for.
  •   Having coverage was the insurance that you didn't go broke from hospital bills.
  •   A standard of care was given, regardless of the type of coverage you had, if any.

(That idea is not necessarily true, now, under Obamacare.)

  •   No one knows the difference between Medicaid and what is covered in private care.
  •   If hospitals can refuse treatment based on what your policy doesn't cover, we're all in trouble.

*1G note: Obamacare did not change treatment, for the better, that poor people receive in hospitals.
Medicaid under Obamacare does not cover poor people with universal coverage, It is basically the same coverage as it was before.
