In reality, less care, more expense. Obamacare. A failure.

People with private insurance. That's the same as it was.
People who can't afford private insurance. That's the same.
Government subsidizing a very small percentage of policies for people who were not eligible for Medicaid. Those policies supposedly cover those who were left without coverage.
The expense incurred for the subsidized policies in the exchange is about one one hundredth of the overall costs of Obamacare.
This small fraction of the patient population could have been assisted without all of the changes forced onto the health care system.
In reality there are no major changes to the overall system. It's pretty much the same as it was with a few minor tweeks.
What problems there were that needed fixing in the system were completely overlooked.
Take this into consideration when assessing the costs of the Affordable Health Care Act.

People who were assisted by Medicaid that were not covered on certain illnesses are still in the same situation. Nothing has changed there.
Emergency rooms are filling up again as predicted. The expense of more and more people discovering that the coverage they have on Medicaid does not cover a range of treatments and diagnosis by specialists.
Those people are left to pay for the specialist or go home, wind up skipping the doctor altogether and going back to the emergency room in hopes of diagnostics or treatments.
This effect of discount promises made but not kept is a factor in socialized medicine.
In reality, less care, more expense. Obamacare. A failure.
